Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30 – Friday 08:00-15:30
HRGO Recruitment is working for a leading clothing and equipment manufacturer as their next Quality Stock Control Assistant. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our client\’s Quality Control department. If you take pride in maintaining high standards and enjoy working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Monitoring and evaluating stock quality to meet company standards.
- Carrying out regular quality inspections and audits of inventory.
- Liaising with team members and other departments to resolve any quality issues.
- Updating spreadsheets and conducting stock checks accurately.
- Creating label artwork for clothing using CorelDRAW and checking product tags.
- Inspecting products arriving via containers or airfreight.
- Reporting any stock discrepancies and communicating with overseas suppliers.
- Being the first point of contact after goods-in checks.
- Working closely with the Clothing Production Department to maintain quality consistency.
What We\\\’re Looking For
- Previous experience in quality control or stock management (required)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Knowledge of SIRIUS match balls (preferred)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and stock management systems
- 15-minute paid morning break
