To assist the Technical Manager in maintaining food safety, quality and hygiene practices.

Summary of the role:

  • Completion of technical information for internal and external reports

  • Collect and prepare samples to sent for testing

  • Provide site technical team with information about adherence to compliance against required standards

  • Complete Audits

  • To Identify and communicate any deviations from the standards using audit and inspection of premises, practices, processes, raw materials and finished products against specified standard.

  • Conduct daily taste panels, record results and publish the results to wider teams

  • Minimum of Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 2 Training

  • Minimum of 3 years experience within the Food Manufacturing Industry

  • Ability to work on own initiative but also a team

  • Flexible and Reliable
