The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with production experience who take pride in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. This role will be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm. The role will start temporary but will go permanent after successful probation period.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble, inspect and package products to meet quality standards
- Carry out routine quality checks and record production data
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Identify and report defects or process issues to supervisors
- Support continuous improvement and maintain production targets
Skills and experience required:
- Proven production experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and basic machinery operation
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and to deadlines
- Good communication and team-working skills
- Physically able to undertake standing, lifting and repetitive tasks as required
- Flexible approach to shift patterns where necessary
