Production Operative

HRGO Recruitment are seeking for a Production Operative to join our client\’s team in their packaging department in Hastings. The successful candidate will be required to pick and pack products to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently pick and pack products to ensure accurate order fulfilment.
2. Inspect products for damages and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
3. Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
4. Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles as required.
5. Maintain a clean and organised work space to promote safety and efficiency.

Skills Required:

1. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
3. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members.
4. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
