HRGO Recruitment are seeking a reliable and experienced Print Production Operative to join a busy and growing sports equipment and clothing company based in Hastings. This is an exciting opportunity to work with premium products in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heat press machines for garment printing
- Use CorelDRAW software to prepare and adjust designs for printing
- Manage files and print jobs using an iPad and other digital tools
- Load and operate vinyl cutting machines to produce high-quality transfers
- Ensure print accuracy, alignment, and finish quality on all garments
- Follow job sheets and production schedules to meet deadlines
- Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery
- Always maintain a clean and safe working environment
Essential Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in a print production or garment printing environment
- Proficiency with CorelDRAW or similar design/print software
- Comfortable working with vinyl cutters, heat press machines, and digital tools
- Good attention to detail and ability to work to high quality standards
- Flexible to work both early and late shifts as scheduled
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
