Hours: Monday-Friday (Days)
We are looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join a busy and growing manufacturing team. The facility includes a modern in-house paint spraying and powder coating setup with dedicated ovens and shot-blasting equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surface preparation, including blasting, cleaning, and masking
- Applying powder coatings to metal components
- Performing quality checks and ensuring coating standards are met
- Maintaining equipment and adhering to safety procedures
- Working collaboratively to meet production goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in powder coating (industrial/manufacturing setting)
- Proficiency with powder coating tools and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Awareness of workshop safety standards
