We are seeking an experienced Quality & Environmental Manager to lead our site's Quality and Environmental plans, ensuring systems, processes and audits meet BRCGS, FSC, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards while consistently delivering products that meet customer expectations and keep safety at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the site Quality and Environmental management systems to BRCGS, FSC, ISO 14001 & 9001 standards.
- Manage and improve quality procedures, documentation and internal audit processes.
- Implement and oversee the site auditing schedule, ensuring findings are addressed and closed out promptly.
- Analyse and report accurate Quality and Environmental data and KPIs to the management team.
- Process and investigate customer complaints, driving corrective and preventative actions and reducing ENC and CNQ.
- Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives across Quality and Environmental activities.
- Deliver team briefs and maintain up-to-date performance data and dashboards.
- Contribute to short- and long-term Quality and Environmental strategy and objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive experience managing quality management systems and audit processes.
- Strong working knowledge of BRCGS, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and FSC.
- Qualified Lead Auditor.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across operations and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
