Your Role
As a Pharmaceutical Production Operative, you’ll play an essential part in the manufacturing process - ensuring our products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up, operating, and cleaning production machinery
- Weighing, mixing, filling, and packaging according to batch records
- Completing GMP documentation accurately with a Right First Time approach
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
- Reporting deviations and contributing to audit readiness
- Working collaboratively with teams across Production, QA, and Engineering
- Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation, and inventory management
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and troubleshooting minor production issues
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong commitment to quality
- Physically fit - able to perform manual handling and lifting tasks
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work on a rotating 5-day shift pattern (including weekends)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
