Your Role

As a Pharmaceutical Production Operative, you’ll play an essential part in the manufacturing process - ensuring our products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up, operating, and cleaning production machinery
  • Weighing, mixing, filling, and packaging according to batch records
  • Completing GMP documentation accurately with a Right First Time approach
  • Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
  • Reporting deviations and contributing to audit readiness
  • Working collaboratively with teams across Production, QA, and Engineering
  • Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation, and inventory management
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and troubleshooting minor production issues

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment (essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong commitment to quality
  • Physically fit - able to perform manual handling and lifting tasks
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating 5-day shift pattern (including weekends)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
