Part-Time Personal Assistant (PA) Tuesday and Thursday (12 hours per week) We are looking for a highly experience, pro-active Personal Assistant to work with the owner of a long-established, family-run business based on the edge of Bishops Stortford. The PA will support the business owner with a range of administrative, financial, and organisational tasks. This is a varied part-time role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for supporting small businesses. Key Responsibilities: Manage and organise paperwork, filing systems, and digital records Handle general administrative duties including correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation Support with invoicing, and financial record-keeping Assist with stock records, supplier communications, and order tracking Liaise with customers and partners as needed Provide ad hoc support for events, marketing, and vineyard operations Requirements: Proven experience in a senior administrative or PA role Strong organisational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial tools Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
