We are currently recruiting for skilled CNC press brake operators to join a growing manufacturing team at an expanding site in Deeside. The Role
As a CNC press brake operator, you will play a key role in the production process, operating advanced machinery and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Press Brake machines
- Support spot welding and clinch nut insertion processes
- Monitor and run laser-cutting and robotic-bending cells
- Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
- Maintain quality standards and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively to improve productivity and efficiency
- Follow all health & safety procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CNC Press Brake Operator
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- Experience with measuring equipment
- Lean manufacturing knowledge (advantageous)
- Experience with laser machines, spot welding, or robotic cells (desirable)
