About the Role

Requirements
- Valid NPORS or CPCS Loading Shovel Ticket - Essential
- Proven experience operating a loading shovel in waste management or aggregates sector
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Loading shovel driver, 360 experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Operate loading shovel to move materials from stockpiles or hoppers within the recycling plant
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Safety Compliance: Follow all site safety procedures and wear full PPE at all times
- Site Navigation: Manoeuvre equipment safely around the site, avoiding hazards
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of material movements and equipment checks
