Shift: Day ~ (05:00 - 15:00) - 37.5 hours per week
HR GO are recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well-established & successful food manufacturing company in Thanet. This is a fantastic opportunity with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates.
Experience in food production is essential, particularly in bakery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Portion and divide product quantities
- Mix ingredients by hand or with machinery
- Prepare and shape dough
- Bake products in industrial ovens
- Perform quality control checks
