Are you an experienced Multi-trader looking for your next career move? Joining our client's Repairs and Maintenance team, you will be required to attend urgent and scheduled jobs. The type of job you will be attending would range from plumbing, plastering, carpentry and brickwork and anything else that needs doing.
Candidates should be qualified ideally in a main trade, although this is not essential - a good skill set and experience are what we are looking for. You will be fully aware of H & S on site, be required to work at heights on occasion, be asbestos aware and understand COSH and manual handling.
This role is working a 40 hour week, with the option to join the out of hours emergency Rota, working in the Maidstone and surrounding areas. You will receive a company vehicle and fuel card, mobile device, uniform, PPE and regular training opportunities. This role is initially in a temporary capacity, but has the possibility of becoming permanent after a qualifying period.
