Our client, a respected professional body within the education and learning sector, is seeking an experienced Academy Operations & Learner Support Coordinator to support their team on a temporary assignment. This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone with excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability, and experience working across multiple stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting learner delivery, quality processes, and a range of operational and improvement projects.
Duties:
- Act as the main point of contact for learner queries

- Liaise with the LMS provider and escalate operational issues as required
- Monitor learner progress and work with tutors to support completion targets
