Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Film primarily using iPhone and edit using CapCut Pro or in‑app tools.
- Appear on camera when needed for product demos, unboxings, trend content, and community‑style clips.
- Quickly identify and adapt emerging trends, sounds, and formats to suit brand identity.
- Produce high‑paced, engaging edits with strong hooks and platform‑native styling.
- Manage posting schedules across TikTok and Instagram for multiple brands.
- Maintain an organised content calendar and manage workload independently.
- Ensure consistent brand tone, visuals, and messaging across all content.
- Engage with community comments and DMs in an on‑brand voice.
- Research and engage with micro‑influencers and creators aligned with each brand.
- Coordinate product seeding and follow‑ups.
- Organise and manage UGC assets for both organic and paid campaigns.
About You
- You have a strong portfolio showcasing growth, creativity, and understanding of short‑form platforms (personal or professional).
- Confident editing vertical video, especially in CapCut Pro.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook - including hooks, SEO, and evolving algorithm trends.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple brand styles simultaneously.
- Collaborative, but also confident managing your own workflow.
- Comfortable being on camera when required.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years’ experience in social content creation (personal platforms accepted with strong performance).
- Strong understanding of brand aesthetics, tone, and audience engagement strategies.
- UK‑based and able to attend regular in‑person shoot days.
- Able to flex content style across different brands and audiences.
