The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our client based in the Medway area. Candidates suited to this role will have worked with predominantly electrical estimating, however need to be familiar with mechanical estimating and will need to lead an electrical estimating team.
You will be required to review specifications, drawings and other relevant documentation, together with the preparation of accurate pricing estimates, to include labour, materials, subcontract items, determining the type, quantity and cost of materials and fixtures needed for each project.
Candidates will need to have gained experience managing a team of estimators, be methodical, possess excellent attention to detail and be able to solve any issues as they arise. You will have a strong understanding of both residential and commercial projects, have the ability to read tender specifications, drawings and to produce detailed pricing cost plans.
Strong communication skills are essential as you will be presenting tenders to clients, liaising with them through each step of the project.
