Quality Engineers opportunity with this established aerospace precision engineering company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the contract review process, ensuring the effective flow-down of customer requirements.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of a robust Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) programme.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Collaborate as part of Lean Six Sigma teams to reduce waste and variations in processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a regulated industry such as Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Medical, or Scientific.
- Strong knowledge of quality management standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, and ISO 13485.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Basic understanding of REACH and conflict minerals regulations.
- APQP training is a bonus.
Working Hours: Single shift, Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30 & Friday 08:00 - 15:30
This is a permanent job. You must have current UK right to work to be considered.
