Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced production manager to lead our on-site manufacturing operations in Wirral. Working closely with the Factory Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day production activities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in meeting delivery schedules and optimising productivity across the shop floor.
Experience / Person Specification Required
- Proven experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of production machinery and processes.
- Demonstrable track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficient in SAP (or a similar ERP system) for production and inventory management.
- Solid experience of quality control processes and working to defined standards.
Desirable
