Our In-House Client based in Kent is looking for a Health & Wellbeing Manager to work on a permanent basis within their friendly and supportive team. The role is permanent, ideally full-time, 5 days per week. Hybrid working with on-site and remote working. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and pro-active OH team.

The Job Role Includes:

  • Design, develop, and implement best practice wellbeing strategies.
  • Maintain wellbeing education and awareness.
  • Manage the mental/physical wellbeing budgets and relevant third-party contracts.
  • Provide expert support & advice to HR and managers relating to mental and physical health.
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of wellbeing policies and procedures.

Experience / Skills Required:

  • Minimum Level 4 diploma in Counselling/Psychotherapy or equivalent mental health or nursing qualification.
  • Experience in identifying, designing, and implementing health and wellbeing initiatives or projects.
  • Experience in managing a team including development and pastoral support.
