We are seeking a qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive to join our client's successful team. Working as a Family Solicitor, you will be experienced in dealing with family law, including separation, divorce and finances upon divorce.
You will also be used to dealing with the following:
- Domestic abuse / violence injunctions
- Divorce and children law
- TOLATA claims
- The ability to draft legal documentation
- The ability to manage finance control, particularly with regards to cash flow control through collection of monies on account and billing procedures.
Candidates interested in this role should possess a minimum of 2 - 3 years post qualified experience, with expertise in all aspects of family law. You will need to be able to manage your own caseload and use the firm's practice and case management system.
