We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide proactive, confidential and high-level support to the CEO. This role ensures the smooth operation of the CEO's office through expert diary management, meeting coordination, communications handling, document preparation, and stakeholder liaison. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates impeccable judgement, and delivers work to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries, schedules, travel and logistics.
- Coordinate CEO meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes and action tracking.
- Provide board and governance administration support.
- Draft, proofread and manage professional communications, briefs and reports.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and act as gatekeeper for the CEO.
- Produce reports, presentations and documents using Microsoft 365, PowerPoint and Canva.
- Support strategic priorities by ensuring timely follow-up and organisation of key information.
Essential Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years' experience supporting C-suite executives.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
- High discretion, professionalism and proactive judgement.
- Proven experience in:
- Complex diary & travel management (5 years)
- Board & governance administration (5 years)
- Minute-taking & action tracking (5 years)
- Senior stakeholder / external liaison (5 years)
