We are looking for an organised and personable Customer Collection Specialist to support our sales operation. This is a key role focused on preparing delivery, coordinating with internal departments and guiding customers through the final stages of their purchase.
Your main goal is to ensure a smooth, informative and memorable experience for each customer, while also handling important administrative processes to support the wider sales function.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee vehicle collection preparation, including quality checks and readiness.
- Conduct informative appointments, explaining features, after-sales services, and warranties.
- Address customer queries during collection and resolve issues promptly.
- Accurately process and manage sales documentation, including registrations, taxing, and ownership transfers.
- Schedule collection and coordinate with the sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and transaction data in both digital and paper formats.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Provide clear communication from point-of-sale through post-delivery, and report regularly on collection activities.
- Background in sales support, administration, or customer service (preferably in the motor trade or Automotive industry).
- Familiarity with vehicle documentation and ownership processes.
