HRGO are recruiting a Warehouse Administrator for our client in Bodelwyddan. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring efficient stock flow to meet customer and business needs.

Hours: Mon‐Fri 8am‐5pm

Pay: ÂŁ12.75 per hour, paid weekly

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound documentation, including receipts, picking lists and delivery notes
  • Update and maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems and Excel
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment and cycle counts
  • Liaise with warehouse staff, drivers and suppliers to ensure timely movement of goods
  • Resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records; investigate and report on variances
  • Prepare and produce regular reports on inventory, shipments and KPIs
  • Support health & safety compliance and maintain a tidy, well‐organised warehouse environment
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and purchase order processing

Essential skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse administration role is preferable
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines in a fast‐paced environment
  • Basic IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
