Overview
We are seeking a highly creative Social Content Creator with a passion for mobile‑first, short‑form video. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role ideal for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, Reels, and platform‑native storytelling. You will be responsible for keeping several consumer brands fresh, consistent, and engaging through regular filming, editing, posting, and community interaction. If you are confident behind (and occasionally in front of) the camera and enjoy bringing concepts to life with strong hooks and trend‑led execution, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation (≈70%)
- Plan, shoot, and edit short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Film primarily using iPhone and edit using CapCut Pro or in‑app tools.
- Lead and participate in weekly shoot days capturing behind‑the‑scenes, lifestyle, trend‑based, and reactive content.
- Appear on camera when needed for product demos, unboxings, trend content, and community‑style clips.
- Quickly identify and adapt emerging trends, sounds, and formats to suit brand identity.
- Produce high‑paced, engaging edits with strong hooks and platform‑native styling.
- Social Media Management (≈20%)
- Manage posting schedules across TikTok and Instagram for multiple brands.
- Maintain an organised content calendar and manage workload independently.
- Ensure consistent brand tone, visuals, and messaging across all content.
- Post daily Instagram Stories, including polls, Q&As, UGC shares, and behind‑the‑scenes updates.

About You
