We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing environment based in Medway. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business working a day shift pattern across 4 days per week with no weekends.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Maintain and repair production machinery, robotics, and automation equipment
- Support continuous improvement projects
- Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime
Previous maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing is required, along with strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills. An engineering apprenticeship or relevant qualifications are necessary, as well as PLC fault-finding experience.
We are also open to considering candidates who have recently completed an apprenticeship and hold basic engineering qualifications, with a strong willingness to learn and develop. Salary for junior-level candidates would be reviewed accordingly, with full training and development support provided.
