Job Title: Internal Sales Coordinator Job Type:Full time/permanent (Hybrid) Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00 Location: Ashford (With approx 3 days in London per month – All travel expenses are covered) Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) The Role: This role is pivotal in supporting our clients sales operations, managing projects, and maintaining strong relationships with their valued accounts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, facilitating smooth operations and effective communication with clients. Assist in the management and execution of sales projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of services. Manage and nurture existing client accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs and project time lines are met efficiently. Prepare sales reports, track progress against objectives, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Support the onboarding of new clients and assist in the development of account plans to maximise growth opportunities. Skills/experience required: Proven experience in sales support, project management, or account management. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.
