HRGO Recruitment are seeking a skilled Industrial Sewing Machinist to join our clients leading bespoke textile manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a range of sewing machines and different fabrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing a variety of fabric products from samples or drawings
- Working individually or alongside a team depending on the size and complexity of orders.
- Producing great quality, accurate work.
- Support the Design and Sales teams with technical input regarding design and timescales.
- Proactively raising potential improvements within the business
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an industrial sewer or in a similar sewing role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical drawings.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
- Hourly rate dependant on experience and skill level
