We are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Team Operator / Site Logistics Operator to join our busy operations team. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in keeping our site running smoothly, supporting the movement, storage, and delivery of goods, and ensuring operational efficiency across the warehouse and production areas. A valid driving licence is essential, as the role involves driving between sites or assisting with transport duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting day-to-day site operations, including receiving, storing, and moving stock efficiently
- Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
- Assisting with deliveries and internal transport of products
- Maintaining accurate records of stock and operational activities
- Operating machinery or equipment safely (training provided if required)
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, site procedures, and company policies
- Working as part of a team to meet operational targets and deadlines
- Supporting supervisors with operational tasks and problem-solving
Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse, or site operations
