HRGO Recruitment are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business with around 100+ employees. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the full HR function, working closely with management and directors to drive business success through effective people management.

Employee Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: £38,000 to £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Permanent Role within a stable and growing company
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coordinate and administer all aspects of HR across the business
  • Partner with management and directors on business and HR strategy
  • Support managers and supervisors to ensure teams have the right skills and resources
  • Administer the time and attendance system and liaise with payroll provider
  • Oversee recruitment - job descriptions, adverts, interviews and onboarding
  • Complete all pre-employment checks
  • Prepare contracts, offer letters, and induction documentation
  • Develop HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems
  • Support employee wellbeing initiatives and coach line managers in effective leadership
  • Analyse HR data, monitor KPIs and benchmark pay/sick levels
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and update company policies accordingly
  • Maintain employee records and support disciplinary or grievance procedures

About You:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role within manufacturing or similar industry
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (minimum)
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, pay and benefits, and employment law
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Confident using MS Office and HR systems
  • Ethical, professional and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
