Hypermill Programmer, cad/cam programmer, CNC offline programmer – opportunity to join the team in this exceptional company producing efficient CNC programs for their expanding selection of 5 axis CNC Mills. All experience levels considered but you should have some hyperMill 5 axis complex parts experience. The company makes parts for a range of industries to include Aerospace, motorsport, F1, nuclear and satellite. Key Responsibilities: – Develop and optimise CNC programs using Hypermill software for 5-axis machining operations – Collaborate with engineers and machinists to ensure efficient and accurate production processes – Perform tool-path simulations and make necessary adjustments to improve machining efficiency and quality – Troubleshoot and debug CNC programs to resolve any issues that may arise during production – Maintain accurate documentation of programs and machining processes for future reference – Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CAD/CAM technology to enhance programming capabilities Qualifications: – Proven experience as a Hypermill Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment – Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, particularly Hypermill, and 5-axis machining techniques – Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling selection, and cutting parameters – Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail – Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment – Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams This is a permanent job with a starting salary dependant on experience.
