Our In-House Client based in Kent is looking for a Health & Wellbeing Manager to work on a permanent basis within their friendly and supportive team. The role is permanent, ideally full-time, 5 days per week. Hybrid working with on-site and remote working. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and pro-active OH team. The Job Role Includes: Design, develop, and implement best practice wellbeing strategies. Maintain wellbeing education and awareness. Manage the mental/physical wellbeing budgets and relevant third-party contracts. Provide expert support & advice to HR and managers relating to mental and physical health. Responsible for the development and maintenance of wellbeing policies and procedures. Experience / Skills Required: Minimum Level 4 diploma in Counselling/Psychotherapy or equivalent mental health or nursing qualification. Experience in identifying, designing, and implementing health and wellbeing initiatives or projects. Experience in managing a team including development and pastoral support.
