HRGO Recruitment is seeking for an organised, creative and detail-focused Designer & Admin to join our clients Special Prints Department. This is a varied role combining graphic design, artwork preparation and administration, supporting the Special Prints Department from initial customer enquiries through to the production of finished orders. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring customer requirements are accurately translated into artwork and that orders are processed efficiently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and amend artwork for print, embroidery and other garment decoration.
  • Create artwork and designs based on individual customer requirements.
  • Liaise with customers and factories regarding artwork, logos and design specifications.
  • Process orders and ensure all relevant information is accurate and complete.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
  • Liaise with production, sales and other departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
  • Manage multiple orders and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure artwork and order information meets the required specifications before progressing to production.
  • Support the wider Special Prints Department with general administration as required.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Creative, organised and highly detail-focused.
  • Experienced in graphic design and artwork preparation.
  • Confident using design software such as CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.
  • A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Reliable, proactive and able to work effectively to deadlines.
  • Experienced in print, embroidery, sublimation or garment decoration - desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
