Role overview: You will be responsible for winning new business for high-value machinery/automation solutions, while developing existing accounts and maximising aftermarket/spares opportunities. Working with engineering support, you'll build proposals, quotes and tenders, manage the pipeline and deliver against sales targets. This is an individual contributor role (no people management). UK-wide travel with occasional Europe trips. What you'll do: Win new business for high-value machinery/automation solutions Grow key accounts and maximise aftermarket/spares opportunities Build proposals, quotes and tenders with engineering support Negotiate and close deals; keep CRM, pipeline and forecasts on track Visit customers (UK-wide + occasional Europe travel) Attend exhibitions, trade fairs etc. What we're looking for: Strong track record in B2B machinery / capital equipment sales Confident, consultative seller with technical understanding Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and pipeline discipline Full UK driving licence; happy to travel when required HRGO Recruitment offers permanent and temporary jobs across the UK.
