Location: Harlow, Essex
Shift Patterns Available
- 6:00am - 2:00pm (Rotating)
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Rotating)
- 10:00pm - 6:00am
Pay Rates
- £12.82 per hour (Days & Afternoons)
- £14.10 per hour (Nights)

HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well-established food manufacturing company in Harlow, Essex.
This Food Production Operative role offers ongoing work, paid breaks, weekly pay, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position within a growing food production environment.
Duties of the Food Production Operative
- Packing food products on a fast-paced production line
- Wrapping and preparing products for dispatch
- Working within a food manufacturing environment
- Conducting quality checks on finished products
- Labelling and pelleting products
- Following food hygiene and food safety procedures
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Working towards production targets as part of a team
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Food Production Operative, Production Operative, Packing Operative, Warehouse Operative or Manufacturing Operative is beneficial
- Experience within food manufacturing is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work effectively within a team
