Job Type: Full-time (Monday - Friday)

Salary: Up to £35,000 + company car + bonus

HRGO Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and fast-growing foodservice business. We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Field Business Manager to cover the Glasgow and Edinburgh regions.

Our client is a respected regional player within the foodservice sector, known for their high-quality products, tailored service, and ambitious growth plans. They work closely with chefs, hospitality venues, and food-led operators to deliver solutions that genuinely add value in kitchens and on menus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing foodservice customer accounts across Glasgow and Edinburgh
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking
  • Build a strong understanding of customer needs and deliver creative, effective solutions
  • Provide excellent service and develop long-term, trusted relationships
  • Work towards agreed sales and profit targets with support from the wider sales team
  • Travel regularly across your region (occasional overnight stays may be required)

  • Previous experience in field sales or account management (ideally within foodservice, FMCG, or hospitality)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region
