Overview
HRGO Recruitment are seeking Front of House Staff to join our client\βs unique family Italian restaurant and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and love interacting with people.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Efficiently manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimise the flow of guests
- Provide accurate information on menu items and specials, assisting guests with their selections and dietary needs
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless and timely delivery of food and beverages
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and entryway
- Assist with handling cash, processing payments, and managing reservations
