About the Role:

HR GO are recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well established & successful food manufacturing company in Thanet. This is a fantastic opportunity with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates.

Experience in food production is essential, particularly in bakery operations – but full training will be provided.

️ Weigh and measure ingredients
️ Portion and divide product quantities
Mix ingredients by hand or with machinery
Prepare and shape dough
Bake products in industrial ovens
Perform quality control checks

Food production experience (essential)
Team player with a strong work ethic
Good attention to detail
Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
Willingness to learn and develop
