HRGO Recruitment is currently recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well-established food manufacturer based near Bishops Stortford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an inventive team producing high-end quality food industry products enjoyed across the UK.
Pay Rate: £13.00 with progression
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5pm
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and packing spice food products
- Ensuring quality and hygiene standards are met
- Working as part of a close-knit production team
- Operating machinery (full training provided)
- Some lifting of products to pallets
What we’re looking for:
- A good work ethic and a team-first attitude
- Previous food production or factory production experience is a bonus - but not essential
- Own transport to get to site easily reached from M11/A120/A10 network
- Attention to detail and reliability
Weekly pay. Ongoing work with the potential for permanent roles (bonus scheme). Great working environment and full training provided.
