About the Role
We are looking for experienced Food Production Operatives who are confident drivers to join our busy production team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality food products, ensuring efficiency, and supporting deliveries or internal logistics where required. This is ideal for someone with proven food production experience and a valid driving licence who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, processing, and packaging food products to meet high-quality standards
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and food safety regulations
- Meeting daily production targets and deadlines
- Assisting with deliveries, collection, or internal transport of products as required
- Supporting junior team members and maintaining accurate production records
Requirements
- Proven experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
- Must have a valid UK driving licence and be confident driving as part of the role
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
