About the Role:
HR GO are recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well-established & successful food manufacturing company in Thanet. This is a fantastic opportunity with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates.
Experience in food production is essential, particularly in bakery operations - but full training will be provided.
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Portion and divide product quantities
- Mix ingredients by hand or with machinery
- Prepare and shape dough
- Bake products in industrial ovens
- Perform quality control checks
