We\’re hiring Factory Operatives for a well-established manufacturing company that works with well know, high end brands in Dover. You\’ll be joining a busy production team where reliability matters, and the work is consistent.

What you\’ll be doing as a factory Operative:
- Loading materials into machines and keeping them running smoothly
- Checking products as they come off the line
- Keeping your workspace clean and safe
- Packing finished goods, stacking pallets, and moving items around the floor
- Supporting the wider team to keep production flowing
It\’s active, repetitive work – ideal if you like to stay busy and see the results of what you\’ve done at the end of the day.
What we\’re looking for in a Factory Operative:
- Someone reliable who turns up on time
- Previous factory or warehouse experience is beneficial
- A good level of fitness (you\’ll be on your feet most of the shift)
- You must be 18 or over
