We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Experienced Forklift / Warehouse Operative to join a fast-paced team. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift with an External Counterbalance licence to efficiently load, unload, and move products across the warehouse.
- Safely stack and store products in designated areas to maintain an orderly warehouse environment.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance on the forklift to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counting and verification, to ensure accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety standards and protocols to promote a safe working environment.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of warehouse processes and procedures.
This will be a full time permanent position for the successful applicant. Working shift pattern will be days Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
- Valid External Counterbalance forklift licence with proven experience.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods.
