LOADING SHOVEL DRIVER - WASTE MANAGEMENT - DAY SHIFT
Shift: Days (From 6am - 6pm)

HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for a Day Loading Shovel Driver to work in a busy Waste Plant within Tilbury, Essex.
YOU MUST HOLD NPORS / CPCS LOADING SHOVEL TICKET FOR THIS ROLE
LOADING SHOVEL OPERATOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED EITHER IN WASTE OR AGGREGATES SECTOR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Handling: Controlling the loading shovel to scoop up materials from stockpiles or hoppers from recycling plant areas.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the loading shovel to ensure optimal performance.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Site Navigation: Maneuver the loading shovel safely around the site, avoiding obstacles and ensuring the accurate handling of materials.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of materials moved and equipment maintenance.
FULL PPE IS REQUIRED - STEEL TOE CAP BOOTS, HIGH VIS, HARD HAT, GLOVES.
