A well-established, high-end building contractor based in Kent is recruiting for an experienced Project / Site Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to work with a premium residential and bespoke construction specialist delivering exceptional and exciting projects across Kent and the South East. The Role

As Project / Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exact client specifications, maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage construction projects on site from start to finish
  • Ensure projects are delivered to programme and budget
  • Maintain strict quality control and high-end finish standards
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and commercial performance
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Liaise directly with clients, architects, and consultants
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager within residential or high-end construction
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • Excellent IT skills (proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software)
  • Outstanding communication and client-facing skills
  • Strong leadership and organisational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders professionally
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (preferred)
