Immediate start. Monday to Friday,
7:00am-4:00pm during the initial training period (approximately 3 months).
Shift Pattern:
Following the training period, the successful candidate will be required to move onto a
rotating shift pattern. Candidates must be willing and able to work a triple-shift pattern in the future.

HRGO Recruitment are seeking a highly organised and motivated
Main Duties:
- Process and manage a high volume of daily customer shipments.
- Coordinate communications with external warehouse partners via email.
- Liaise with internal Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Support the delivery of excellent customer service by ensuring shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update relevant computer systems.
- Use business systems and Microsoft Office applications to manage shipment information.
- Identify and resolve issues relating to shipments and order fulfilment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Dispatch function.
- Adapt to changes in systems, processes and working practices.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and within required timescales.
- Follow company procedures and maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production, dispatch, logistics, warehouse administration or similar environment required.
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- written and verbal English communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to process and manage high volumes of information and shipments.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems.

Training & Development:
Full training will be provided during the initial approximately
three-month training period.
Candidates will have the opportunity to learn new systems and processes.
