Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
- Manage communications and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Provide support to team members with administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
