We're recruiting Production Operatives for a fast-paced production site in Dover. This is a hands-on role where you'll support the team to keep production moving, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
What you'll be doing:
- Operating machinery and equipment (training provided where required)
- Monitoring production lines and spotting issues quickly
- Performing quality checks to ensure products meet specification
- Packing items accurately and efficiently
- Helping maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised work environment

- You must be punctual and ready at the production line for 06:30 every shift.
- This is a physical role, you will be on your feet all day.
- Reliable, attentive, and able to work at pace.
