Reporting to the IT Director, you'll help teams across the business improve decision-making, streamline processes and unlock the value of their data through Power BI, Power Platform and AI-driven solutions. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines data analytics, automation development and emerging AI technologies, giving you the opportunity to make a genuine impact across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. Analyse, transform and visualise data from multiple sources. Build solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse. Develop automation workflows that improve efficiency and reduce manual processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions. Identify and implement opportunities to use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude. Support data governance, security and GDPR-compliant data handling. Explore innovative approaches using AI, automation and potentially Python-based solutions. About You Essential Proven experience in a Data Analyst, BI Developer, Power Platform Developer or similar role. Strong Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, data modelling and dashboard creation. Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse. Advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities. Passion for automation, innovation and continuous improvement. Desirable SQL and/or Python experience. API integrations and automation experience. Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure or Copilot Studio. Experience implementing AI solutions within a business environment.
