HRGO Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering and manufacturing company for CNC Machine Operatives to join their production team in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing or engineering experience looking to develop their skills within a busy production environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for drilling, tapping and turning aluminium components, ensuring products meet required quality standards and production targets. Engineering experience is desirable, although full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drill, tap and turn aluminium components
- Prepare and pack finished parts ready for despatch
- Ensure products meet required quality standards
- Identify and report any quality issues or deviations from specification
- Meet production schedules and relevant KPIs
- Finish products to a high standard and ensure they match the required Golden Sample
- Check visual aids before completing processes
- Safely and efficiently operate machinery, tooling and equipment
- Ensure equipment remains in its designated area
- Maintain a clean and safe working area
- Follow all company Health & Safety requirements
- Report any concerns or wrongdoing to the Team Leader or SMT
- Work effectively alongside the Team Leader and wider production team
- Take responsibility for your own Health & Safety and that of others
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the Team Leader
About You:
- Previous engineering or manufacturing experience is desirable
- Experience operating machinery would be advantageous
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and highly driven
- Able to use initiative and work without direct supervision
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Willing to undertake relevant training
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety requirements
- Able to work towards production targets and KPIs
Shift Pattern & Pay:
- Days: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm - £12.71 per hour
- Afters: Monday to Thursday, 2pm-11pm - £14.12 per hour
- Nights: Monday to Thursday, 11pm-5am - £16.95 per hour
- Contract: 40 hours per week
