Position Overview:
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to dive into data? We are looking for a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to support our client\’s team on a temporary part-time basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for maintaining data integrity, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data into systems and databases
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Assist with generating reports and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency across all platforms

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
